Plastic injection moulding is a complex technology with possible production problems. They can either be caused by defects in the moulds or more often by part processing. At CT Engineering we carry out plastic injection moulding which avoids these usual pitfalls, this comes from a working knowledge of plastic injection moulding which is at the top of its field.

At CT Engineering our plastic injection moulding machines, also known as presses, hold the moulds in which the components are shaped. Presses are rated by tonnage, which expresses the amount of clamping force that the machine can generate. Our plastic injection moulding uses clamping pressures ranging from 25-100 ton. This pressure keeps the mould closed during the injection process.

We utilise state of the art Arburg moulding machines to take your product from concept to manufacture and throughout the whole process we make stringent checks to make sure your plastic injection moulding is up to standard.
