Injection Moulding
Injection
moulding is a manufacturing technique which involves injecting
molten plastic, at very high pressure, into a mould. This
mould represents the “negative” of the desired
shape; it is then clamped together and the plastic solidifies
into the shape of the mould creating the part. At C+T
Engineering we have a wealth of knowledge in the
design and manufacture of both single or multi cavity injection
mouldings.
Since 1983 we have been supplying our customers with injection
moulding of the highest quality and our injection moulding
procedures help our customers take there design from concept
to completion with the minimum of fuss.
At C+T Engineering we place a great deal of thought into
the design of injection moulded parts and their moulds. We
insure that the parts will not be trapped in the injection
mould and that the moulds can be completely filled before
the molten resin solidifies. Our commitment to detail minimizes
imperfections and material shrinkage and all of our injection
moulding batches are checked for finish, colour and quantity
before they are packed ready for collection or dispatch.
Since our creation we have dealt with various types of customers
and our commitment to our customers’ satisfaction ensures
they return to us for their injection moulding time after
time. Our current customers for injection moulding include:
• Window manufacturers
• Games manufacturers
• Caravan manufacturers
• Roller blind manufacturers
• Scientific educational suppliers
• Window accessory suppliers
At C+T Engineering our aim is to become your partner, not
just another supplier. We endeavor to provide injection moulding
which exceeds your expectations. If you require anymore information
about our injection moulding processes then please feel free
