Toolmaking
Highly skilled toolmakers together with a fully equipped toolroom (including EDM and 3 axis CNC machining) ensures that we are able to cope with all your tooling requirements.

We manufacture our own injection moulds and presstools; therefore we can take full responsibility for the entire job. Our time served toolmakers will be happy to help in the design and manufacture of prototypes or one-offs to your requirements, or in the manufacture of single or multistage presstools for the mass production of components in either your own or our press shop.

If you require a modification, or in the unlikely event of a tool breaking down, we are able to repair it in house without delay. No more split responsibility or disagreement and wasted time in allocating the responsibility and sending the tool away for repairs! Even if a third party has supplied the tool, we can fix the problem, for a minimal charge, without delay.

You can hand over the project to us at any stage of the process, from design to final assembly. We are totally flexible.

Historically we have been linked with the window industry where we have gained vast knowledge in the design and production of items such as drill jigs and profile blocks to chevrons and fixing lugs, and although we still pride ourselvs on providing a first class service in this area, we have also diversified and now offer the same expertise to many other sectors.
