Injection Moulding
C+T Engineering has vast knowledge in the design and manufacture of both single or multi cavity injection moulds gained from many years of practical experience helping our customers.

So whether you come to us at predesign stage, where we could help you by the manufacture of prototypes, (often made from as little information as a sketch), or you may allow us to design your component with you to enable the most cost effective solution to be obtained. With the in-house capability for on-site refurbishment, or if you already have a mould that may need modification, you will experience a minimum of fuss and a saving of both time and money.

This knowledge of design and manufacture and the willingness to help you, coupled with some of the latest Arburg moulding machines, ranging from 25-100 ton clamping pressure, puts us in an excellent position to take your product from concept to manufacture.

Stringent quality checks are applied at every stage of the production. Again we work with you to determine the procedures and tests best suited to your product. Before going to batch production, we produce a trial run and submit a sample for your approval. Production batches are again checked for finish, colour and quantity, before packing ready for collection of despatch.
